My work is inspired by light, colour and the beauty found in everyday moments. From the dramatic landscapes of Scotland to reflections on water, fleeting expressions, and the atmosphere of places I've visited, each painting is an exploration of memory, emotion and the changing qualities of light.
Alongside landscapes, figurative and abstract works, my Roses Collection explores the rose as both subject and symbol. Looking beyond its decorative beauty, these paintings reflect on themes of fragility, resilience, time and quiet strength, inviting the viewer to see something familiar in a new way.
Whether inspired by travel, nature or moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed, my aim is to create paintings that encourage viewers to pause, look more closely, and form their own personal connection with the work.
